AR15 Platform Questions
What all do I need to run a Super Safety in an AR15 Platform?
Here’s what you’ll need:
– Super Safety Set
– Pre-Cut Trigger & Rounded Detent
– Lever Centering Blocks (OPTIONAL but recommended)
I am experiencing light primer strikes after the 1st round; how do I fix this?
To fix this, you will need to order a heavier Buffer Weight and/or Buffer Spring.
I had to upgrade to an H3 Buffer weight.
I am experiencing bolt binding when pulling charging handle to the rear; how do I fix this?
You have 3 options/routes to take.
1: file down the shelf behind the lever to ensure full lever movement is possible. (High shelf lowers only)
2. Dremel/file the “lip” on your upper from below as shown in the picture.
3. Sand the top of the lever to thin out the top portion. (NOT RECOMMENDED AS IT WILL AFFECT STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF LEVER! PLEASE DO THE OTHER OPTIONS FIRST ☹️)

MP5/K Platform Questions
What all do I need to run a Super Safety in an MP5/MP5K Platform?
To run a Super Safety in an MP5/MP5K(and clones) you’ll need:
– Super Safety Set (of course)
– Pre-Cut Trigger & Rounded Detent
– Lower that takes AR Fire Control Group(FCG)
– Trip For MP5/K
– Buffer (only for FullSize MP5)
How do I tune the ejector bolt?
Ensure that the ejector lever cannot wobble side to side but can also FREELY move up and down. Just by rotating the lower left and right, you should be able to see the ejector lever moving with ease as if it’s “loose”. USE BLUE LOCTITE AFTERWARDS!
MP5/K Housing Instructions
Firstly, install grip screw heat insert into the grip screw hole.
Then, install FCG as you would on an AR.
Insert the ejector nut/washer halfway into the ejector before installing it into the lower.
Keep the hammer cocked back and on Safe. Next, align the Ejector Lever hole with the corresponding hole in the lower before screwing the Ejector Lever Bolt into place.
